Our Purpose

We believe that God’s purpose for his church is that he be glorified (Eph 3:10, 21), as we:

• Worship God together in spirit and truth (John 4:24; Acts 2:42)

• Grow toward maturity in Christ by using our gifts to serve one another (Eph 4:11-16; 1 Pet 4:9, 10)

• Proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world (Matt 28:18-20; Acts 1:8)

Our Doctrinal Distinctives

• We are Evangelical

• We believe the Bible is inerrant and sufficient

• We hold to a Reformed view of salvation

• We practice believer’s baptism

Our Practical Distinctives

• We believe in governance by a plurality of male elders, who are equal in authority and mutually accountable

• We uphold the ministry of all believers

• We are devoted to worship regulated by Scripture

• We practice biblical church discipline

• We desire to be actively involved in world missions

• We are evangelistic

• We cooperate with other churches

• We seek to help train future church leaders

• We support and practice biblical counselling

• We are supportive of families
